The Annual AWM – Austin Affiliate Business Meeting will be held Tuesday May 19th from 11:30-1p at NORRIS CONFERENCE CENTER, 2525 Anderson Lane.   This annual meeting will highlight the affiliate’s success during the past year and will include the election of the 2015-2016 AWM Austin Board.  
ALL MEMBERS ARE URGED TO ATTEND TO VOTE ON THE NEW BOARD.

Section 6 of the Austin Chapter By-Laws:
Nominations from the floor may be made at the annual meeting provided the nominees are eligible, and have indicated in writing and then indicate in person their willingness to serve if elected. Any five (5) members, at anytime not less then twenty-four (24) hours before the annual meeting, may nominate any other candidate or candidates to the board by filing with the Secretary a notice in writing of such nomination to which must be subjoined and acceptance in writing by the nominee.
