MENTORSHIP: EMPOWERING, ENGAGING, ENCOURAGING

As our current President of The Austin Alliance for Women in Media, nears the end of her her two year term, she felt strongly about the theme for her final luncheon under her leadership; MENTORSHIP.

This year we had the privilege of attending the Texas Conference for Women. Each session we attended, while having a different theme or speaker, almost always touched on the importance of mentorship.

Why is mentorship important? How do you become a good mentor? How do you find a good mentor? All these questions will be answered by a panel of powerful women at our March Luncheon.
